What aspect of CCCS’s work do you find unique?

Strategic Planning work is unique in that the work involves cutting across many facets and aspects of the organisation. Thus, it is a great opportunity to be able to network and work with people from various CCCS divisions as part of the process in getting the work accomplished.

What is the most memorable event/project that you have done in CCCS?

The most memorable event at CCCS would be organising the CCCS Retreat in September 2012 at Aloha Changi. As this was the first time having to organise a full-day retreat at an off-site location for me, a lot of thought had to be put into the details of the program and logistics to ensure that all CCCS staff have a fulfilling yet enjoyable time at the retreat.

If you have to give advice to a new recruit, what would it be?

I would say to learn fast and be able to multi-task.

How does CCCS help you to achieve work-life balance?

By allowing for staff to telecommute from home, CCS has enabled staff to save time commuting to and fro the office and therefore more time can be spent on working on projects and taking care of the family.
