The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”) sought feedback on CCCS’s guidance note for the competition assessment of airline alliance agreements (the “Airline Guidance Note”) to assist the airlines and their legal counsel in their self-assessments and possible notification of such agreements to CCCS. The consultation period was from 22 January 2018 to 12 February 2018.
