ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting: Agency Update with ASEAN Enforcers

The 67th American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Spring Meeting took place in Washington, D.C. from 26 to 29 March 2019. Toh Han Li, Chief Executive of CCCS, took part in the panel discussion “Agency Update with ASEAN Enforcers” where he provided an overview of the main developments in Singapore and ASEAN. In addition, he spoke about Singapore’s experience in cross-border merger transactions and cartel investigations, highlighting the cooperation with U.S. authorities like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).


 The session was moderated by Randolph Tritell, Director of the U.S. FTC Office of International Affairs. The other panellists were:
