In view of the current COVID-19 situation, please reschedule your appointment with CCCS or refrain from visiting our office if you or your accompany person:

  • have travelled overseas within the last 14 days;
  • are currently on Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Leave of Absence (LOA); and/or
  • have flu-like symptoms 

You are strongly encouraged to use our e-services, where possible, to limit close contact so as to reduce the risk of local transmission.  Currently, walk-in services for feedback/complaints has been suspended until further notice.  Please submit any feedback/complaints through our corporate website, email, fax or post:
