CCCS Chief Executive, Mr Toh Han Li, participated in the panels "IP Licensing: Should Essential Patents be Challenged?" and the "Enforcers' Roundtable" at the "Antitrust in Asia : ASEAN, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Australia..." conference held on May 24, 2019 in Hong Kong.
The fifth edition of the Antitrust in Asia Conference was organized by Concurrences with the support of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Competition Association, in partnership with Baker McKenzie, CRA, Clifford Chance, Compass Lexecon, King & Wood Mallesons, Linklaters, RBB Economics and White & Case. Media partners for this event were MLex and PaRR.
