The United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC)’s Hearings Initiative, “The FTC’s Role in a Changing World” focused on the agency’s international work. The hearing took place in Washington, D.C. from 25 to 26 March 2019. Toh Han Li, Chief Executive of CCCS, participated in the session “Effective International Engagement: Foreign Agency Perspectives” alongside:

Mr Toh spoke about how developing relations and technical cooperation between newer and more experienced agencies help alleviate issues relating to enforcement cooperation and information sharing.

The session was moderated by Elizabeth Kraus, FTC’s Deputy Director for Antitrust and Deon Woods Bell, FTC’s Counsel for International Consumer Protection and Data Privacy.
