The law says... 'It is illegal for companies to engage in price-fixing.'
Under the Competition Act, it is illegal for companies to engage in price-fixing ('Medicine: Perhaps the authorities could examine whether suppliers and pharmacies are engaged in price-fixing' by Mr Christopher Teng; Wednesday). We will conduct an investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the Act has been infringed. In this regard, we invite parties who have information about price-fixing activities to report to us. Details are available on our website: https://www.cccs.gov.sg/approach-us/businesses/make-a-complaint/.
