CCCS invites law firms to apply to be on its Consumer Protection Panel of Law Firms

CCCS administers and enforces the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap.52A) (“CPFTA”).

 

CCCS intends to appoint a panel of law firms to act for CCCS, either on a full service basis or as instructed counsel, in the State Courts/High Court, on legal proceedings under the CPFTA where required on specific cases. The appointment shall be for a period of 1 year.

 

On 27 July 2018, CCCS published an invitation to tender which closes on 23 August 2018 at 4 pm. Interested parties may go to https://www.gebiz.gov.sg/ptn/opportunity/opportunityDetails.xhtml?code=CCS000ETT18300003&origin=email for the full requirement specifications and tender documents.
