CCS is renamed Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS)

With effect 1 April 2018, the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore ("CCCS") takes over the role as the government agency responsible for administering and enforcing the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading Act), in addition to enforcing the Competition Act. The expanded portfolio and mandate will reinforce our mission of making markets work well for the benefit of both consumers and businesses in Singapore.

Please also note that the domain name of CCCS officers' email addresses has been changed to reflect "CCCS", i.e. Thank you.
