What makes you excited about coming to work?
To me, CCS feels like one big happy family where everybody interacts with anybody. Coming to work is just like another exciting journey of my life.
What do you find most satisfying about your work in CCCS?
It has been a stimulating journey since I joined CCCS with never a dull moment for me. As a HR professional, to see the satisfying smile from my colleagues makes my work worthwhile.

How do you achieve work-life balance?
With the work-life framework CCCS has in place for staff, it makes it a lot easier for me, as a working mother, to juggle between work and family. The staggered work hours option offers me the flexibility of starting work earlier/later if I need to settle my childcare arrangements. On occasions if I need to care for my kids, I can also choose to telecommute. This has been most beneficial for me.
